We are proud to introduce a powerful new movement...

Created by Anderson Shoemaker, Labrone Johnson and Brayden Bowdry, who have stepped up to change the narrative for the next generation.

This is more than a program.

This is more than a program.

This is more than a program.

This is more than a program.

This is more than a program.

This is more than a program.

Each One, Reach One™ (ER) is RAD’s youth emergency-response

ER treats youth exposure to violence, trauma, and instability as a community emergency.

High school students are trained as peer mentors and youth leaders who reach younger youth before conflict escalates into crisis.

Focus Areas

- Peer-to-peer mentoring
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Gun-violence prevention education
- Youth trauma awareness and resilience
- Leadership development
- Safe decision-making and life navigation

Because when each one reaches one, our entire community rises!

Because when each one reaches one, our entire community rises!

Because when each one reaches one, our entire community rises!

Because when each one reaches one, our entire community rises!

Guiding Young Minds, Building Bright Futures

This is more than a program.

  • It’s a movement.
  • A brotherhood.
  • A call to action.

A YOUTH-LED MENTORING INITIATIVE

Each One Reach One is a youth-led mentoring initiative committed to showing young children—especially young boys—what positive leadership, character, and purpose truly look like.

  • These young men are choosing to stand in the gap.
  • They’re choosing to show up.
  • They’re choosing to give back.

Through volunteering ...

Volunteering at daycares, community centers, and organizations that need strong male role models, they are proving that influence doesn’t start in adulthood—

IT STARTS NOW.
