RAD was formed to confront the long-term consequences of redlining and discriminatory policies that continue to shape health, safety, and opportunity. RAD operates at the intersection of research, education, prevention, and community leadership. 

We believe sustainable change requires coordinated systems, informed communities, and leadership that prioritizes prevention over reaction.
